These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, bookings, and services provided by Bake Boss Academy Ltd. By purchasing or accessing our products and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

“Personal Information” is information someone can use to identify you.

All digital products (e.g., courses, eBooks, downloads) are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing our products without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.

If you have not accessed or downloaded any materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@bakebossacademy.com. By accessing this course/workbook/download, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Bookings and Appointments

If you book a one-to-one session, workshop, or event:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed.

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

3. Service Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver services as described. However, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during sessions or via digital products remain the intellectual property of Bake Boss Academy Ltd. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

6. Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

7. Refund Policy

At Bake Boss Academy Ltd., we’re committed to providing high-quality digital resources, courses, and services for creative entrepreneurs and home bakers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (e.g. Courses, Ebooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the materials. You acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download or access begins.

Workshops, Strategy Sessions & Live Services

Bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting support@bakebossacademy.com. No refunds will be given for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.

Exceptions

We understand that life happens. If there are exceptional circumstances preventing you from accessing your purchase, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to support you.
