Hi, I'm Hali
I started Bake Boss Academy because, after 15 years in the cake industry, I kept seeing the same problem: insanely talented bakers pouring their hearts into cakes & bakes… and still undercharging, doubting themselves, or stuck in “I’m not really a business” limbo.
I know the struggle first-hand. I juggled kids, chronic illness, and endless hours piecing together advice from YouTube and Facebook groups. In my first year, I worked for the equivalent of £2.15 per hour. Ouch.
That’s when I ditched the guesswork, changed my strategy, and turned things around, becoming an international, multi-award-winning cake artist, creating tutorials for national cake magazines, and even baking live on the BBC with celebrity chef James Martin.

Fast forward 15 years… I’m now a Certified Creative Business Strategist, running multiple businesses and helping mums (like me and maybe you?) who are running the whole damn show.
